Tomi Undergallows, Neverwinter Nights 1, NWN1

Tomi NWN

Tomi Undergallows is a NWN companion in BioWare's cRPG of 2002, Neverwinter Nights 1.

Rogue of Halfling race, Tomi is most often employed for his Rogue skills (Open Lock, Disable Trap), but his ranged Sneak Attacks with Shortbow are actually his standout asset because they are quite damaging and chests and doors can be bashed open with Power Attack, Knocked or blown up with Fireball, anyway.

Tomi can also be set to wield Kukri with Finesse (as with bow, up to +3 enchantment).

This halfling scrutinizes his surroundings with a mischievous look that, given time and opportunity, could only mean trouble.

Tomi Undergallows Location

Tomi Undergallows can be found in the Hall of Justice in the Temple of Tyr located in the City Core of Neverwinter.

Tomi "Grin" Undergallows, a halfling thief of dubious character and widespread reputation, has joined his nimble fingers to your cause. His ability to pick locks will prove invaluable throughout your adventures, as will his skill in detecting and disarming traps. Though not eager to go toe to toe with an enemy in combat, Tomi's sneak attacks on an opponent's exposed flank can be devastating.

Tomi Undergallows' Story

The reward for completing Tomi Undergallows' story is a magical ring.

Ring of the Rogue

This plain-looking ring pulsates with a faint glow and is warm to the touch. While not alive in any sense of the word, it does seem likely that this ring takes time to adjust to its wearer, and over time its abilities may grow. Tomi Undergallows, its previous owner, stated that he 'couldn't get it to work'... no doubt he discarded it after first placing it on his finger and was unaware of its unique properties.
