Samarach

Omgar's Teeth

Shipwrecked! 

Volo, the party and surviving crew members of the Vigilant are shipwrecked at Omgar's Teeth, near the town of Samargol in Samarach. Night has fallen, and rain is pelting down.

A force of hostile, goblin-like batiri natives greet the party on the beach. They are basically cannibilistic jungle goblins that want to slay and eat us. 

Volo tries to parlay with the tribe. During that time, we can scavenge the immediate vicinity for equipment (Z-key to highlight). There are nine objects that can be scavenged, but you probably won't be able to loot them before Volo fails in his first parlay attempt.

Buff tank: Bull's Strength, Bear's Endurance, Bless, Aid.

Debuff mobs: Bane.

In order to buff quickly, right-click the portrait of the recipient of the buff and then click on the spells in your quickbar. Note that some buffs are centred on the caster.

The party enters a three-phase battle against waves of batiri. 

Ghzermag the Wild

Ghzermag the Wild drops Hide Armor and Greataxe when slain.

Clawkeeper Kzheemoc

Clawkeeper Kzheemoc drops Longbow and Arrow x99 when slain.

Shoudul of the Skulls

Shoudul of the Skulls drops nothing when slain.

The party is then flanked by a back-up force, 10-strong:

Samarachan guard patrol

After an interval, a Samarachan guard patrol arrives at the scene, finishes off the batiri and raises the fallen.

However, they take us prisoner and march us to Samargol.

Note that the nearby batiri cave can't be entered yet. We'll be coming back soon, though.

If no one dies: Protector: Survival +1
