Storm of Zehir, Singing Pendant

Part XI of Storm of Zehir Walkthrough.

Two easy quests that are acquired in towns:

Taruin - The Finest Wine

Hike to Taruin, enter the Serpent's Demise tavern and speak with Ottelmar who wants you to retrieve some Deepwine. He's hard to see, being a halfling. Hike back to the black market and talk to Zhiir for this. If you have appraise/lore you can halve the price (2,500 GP). If you slay him there is no price. Now hike back up to Taruin and give the Bottle of Deepwine to Ottelmar. 600 xp + 5,500 gp.

Rassatan - The Singing Pendant

Hike over to Rassatan, enter the Forgotten Pearl tavern and speak with Redfeyer who wants you to find his missing pendant. He marks the Singing Caverns on the map, which are located just to the east.

The faint sound of a woman's voice drifts out of the depths of the cavern, beckoning you inside.

Start slaying swarms of bats and spiders, which spawn when we loot the chests. Watch out for Web.

Chest: Potion of Cure Moderate Wounds x3.

Chest: Ring of Minor Acid Resistance.

Giant Green Spider (Giant Spider Venom Sac x2)

Dirt Mound: 567 GP, Amulet of Natural Armor +1, Greenstone x2, Copper Crown, Empty Ale Stein, Adventurine.

Chest: The Singing Pendant (Regeneration 1, 3/day), 73 GP.

There is another arcane nexus here. Deliver the pendant to Redfeyer. 700 xp + ale for everyone.
