This is a list of the best Arcanum weapons that I have so far covered. At the moment, the weapons are sorted into Magick, Tech and Neutral categories.
Each entry tells you where to get the weapon, how to make it and quotes its stats. Weapon stats are quoted for characters that have no points in martial skills, and no training in them. Thus, weapon base speed ratings can be compared.
Note that the speed rating of weapons (which dictates their action point expenditure) is dependent on the character's rank and training in martial skills. For example, Apprentice training in Bow, Melee, Throwing and Firearms confers a 5-point bonus to SR, which modifies the action point (AP) expenditure required to swing, throw or fire the weapon (its attack rate). For martial builds, it is very important to acquire skill-ranks and Apprentice training as soon as possible.
The best weapons are bolded. As a rule, the best weapons in Arcanum are Magickal weapons of the Arcane kind.
