Sword of Air is an Arcanum weapon in Troika's cRPG of 2001, Arcanum: Of Steamworks & Magick Obscura. Sword of Air spawns with a 10% chance at gypsy aka Wise Woman stores such as those in Shrouded Hills and Tarant. There is a 70% chance it spawns in smith magical vendor inventories.
