Sword of Sickness is an Arcanum weapon in Troika's cRPG of 2001, Arcanum: Of Steamworks & Magick Obscura. Sword of Sickness spawns with a 10% chance at gypsy aka Wise Woman stores such as those in Shrouded Hills and Tarant. There is a 20% chance it spawns in smith magical and a 30% chance it spawns in magic dark vendor inventories.
