Gaylin -- a 24th level elf -- is the herbalist at Shrouded Hills. She is also a merchant, trainer and healer.

The Ancient Elven Amulet of N'Tala

Gaylin requests that we retrieve the stolen N'Tala amulet, which is a family heirloom:

The amulet can be acquired from Myrth in Stillwater. However, not until we have significantly progressed in the main quest. We can pick pocket the amulet conventionally or spend a Fate Point to do so. The amulet bestows Strength +1, Constitution +2 and +100% healing rate.

Note that Myrth does NOT spawn unless Stillwater was map-marked by Loghaire. If we find Stillwater's location by exploring the overworld of our own accord, Myrth will NOT be there.
