There are 13 level 5 Sorcerer & Wizard spells in ToEE. The best Level 5 Wizard spells are Cloudkill, Cone of Cold and Teleport.

Incredibly cheesy because the hound is invincible, invisible and unsummonable. Don't use it if you want the game to remain challenging.

Teleport is one of the best spells I've seen in an RPG. We can teleport to any area on the overworld map no matter where we are. Very powerful and convenient. This spell shows the power of the ToEE engine.

Cloudkill is for choking beefy mobs to death; it's best to lock them down first with something like Web.
