This is probaby the weakest spell level of any class in ToEE. I mean, even Rangers get Barkskin and Spike Growth at 2-level [link] which are much more useful than Remove Paralysis and Resist Energy. That said, Paladin builds are strong in ToEE [see: Paladin ToEE].

The same as 0-level Resistance except 10 points instead of just 5.
