Welcome to my list of Cleric spells for ToEE. The spells are separated into level sections, the school is given for each spell, and the item code for the scroll is given as well. Each section also links to commentary on the spell level.

In total, there are 115 unique Cleric spells in ToEE. Domain spells are covered in separate posts, as are Paladin spells and Druid spells.

Cleric spells are acquired in chargen and through the level-up processes. Some scrolls can be found and purchased in the gameworld as well.

Players who want their Cleric to focus on specific schools (Evocation, Necromancy) should check the schools to which each spell belongs.

Note that some spells of a circle/level are of great utility in the early going, but then become all but useless as we progress, whereas others sustain their usefulness over the course of the campaign. This is either because they're great spells or because their effects scale.

If our Cleric has meta-magic feats, then we must also take into account how they can enhance the effectiveness of our spells.

The summon cap limit is five TOTAL, not five per spell. In other words, we can't have our Cleric summon five monsters and our Druid summon five animals. Also, animal companions count towards the summon cap limit.

Note that some spells are only for good clerics and others are only for evil ones. Neutral clerics also must choose positive or negative energy in chargen.
