Duriel's Shell is a Diablo 2 Armor in Blizzard North's cRPG of 2000, Diablo 2. Due to its humble Strength score and level requirements along with its defense, Strength bonus and elemental resistances topped off by Cannot Be Frozen, Duriel's Shell cuirass is a solid all-purpose armor for martial builds and mercenaries. However, its scaling defense and life bonuses -- not to mention the ability to up it to great hauberk -- also ensure that it remains useful over the course of the game.
Hands down, Duriel's Shell is the best overall unique armor in Diablo 2.
This particular DS not only has a perfect ED roll of 200%, but it also perfect as it pertains to base defense. What that means, is that this Duriel's Shell is godly.
