Orbital Power Transmitter SMAC
Orbital Power Transmitter is a SMAC Base Facility in Firaxis' TBS Game of 1999, Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri (SMAC). Each Orbital Power Transmitter increases the Energy of every base by +1. Can only be produced by bases with Aerospace Complexes. Energy bonus is halved for bases without Aerospace Complexes, and cannot in any event exceed the size of the base.
