Transport Foil SMAC
Transport Foils are SMAC Units in Firaxis' TBS Game of 1999, Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri (SMAC). Unlocked by the Doctine Flexibility technology, Transport Foil is notable for its sea-faring capability and added cargo-carrying capacity over the Unity Foil.
