Fallout 2 Unofficial Patch Updated
Fallout 2 Unofficial Patch Updated (UPU) is an updated version of killap's Unofficial Patch for Black Isle's cRPG Definition of 1998, Fallout 2. The UPU is notable for its bugfixes.
The UPU comes bundled with sfall.
Fallout 2 Restoration Project Updated is bundled with UPU.
With UPU installed, you can still do Navarro Runs. However, you can no longer steal cash from Flying Dragon 8 and Red 888 merchants in San Francisco. That said, you can still steal ammo and guns from their guards, and you can still steal Gauss Rifles from the black-jackets in Tanker.
In Klamath, you can no longer transfer Spiked Knuckles to Dunton Bros'. inventories by entering and exiting TB combat mode (in preparation for stealing them if Unarmed build).
You can no longer steal from Happy Harry's shop in Vault City (which is sort of "Navarro Run Lite").
I didn't see these exploit fixes mentioned in the changelogs, but I didn't exactly go over them with a fine-toothed comb. Either way, they are notable.
