Skunkworks SMAC
Skunkworks is a SMAC Base Facility in Firaxis' TBS Game of 1999, Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri (SMAC). For the Base that builds it, Skunkworks eliminates the additional cost of prototyping new SMAC Units.
