The Kensai 21 Thief 31 is a Baldur's Gate build in BioWare's cRPG of 2000, Baldur's Gate 2.

Build is Kensai (21) Thief (31) dual-class Baldur's Gate. We take Kensai BG2 up to 21st in order to get as much out of their damage bonuses as we can under the 8 mil XP cap (+7). This also nets us Critical Strike BG2.

In addition, epic Thief levels grant the Use Any Item BG2, which allows us to equip Black Blade of Disaster BG2 + Gauntlets of Extraordinary Specialization BG2.

Backstab damage = weapon roll + weapon enchantment + weapon proficiency * backstab level (+ Strength bonus).
