I played these 3 campaigns around the same time period and have to agree... the FR Trilogy got boring due to combat being such a cakewalk. Aelund was better balanced even though magic items were still showered on me. Swordflight is the only NWN campaign that really tests your mettle in a balanced, satisfying manner.
