Taurgosz Khosann, Baldur's Gate

Taurgosz Khosann Baldur's Gate

Taurgosz "Ten Hammer" Khosann is a Baldur's Gate enemy in BioWare's cRPG of 1998, Baldur's Gate.

Taurgosz is the leader of the Black Talon mercenary group of bandits, employed by the Iron Throne. In addition to his eloquence, he is most notable for being one of the first hard-hitters parties come across in their adventures. Taurgosz is found overseeing the bandits outside Tazok's Bandit Camp tent.

Taurgosz Khosann is an 8th level Fighter of Human race. He has a THAC0 of 8 and inflicts an average of 12.5 crushing damage at a rate of 3 ApR, wielding a +1 war hammer as Grandmaster.

Taurgosz has an AC of -1, 56 HPs and saving throws of 10-12-11-12-13. He wears Full Plate Mail (the best armor in Baldur's Gate) and off-hands a Medium Shield +1, but is wrecklessly unhelmed.

He has a morale of 15, a morale break of 3 and morale recovery of 60.

He has a Potion of Fortitude and a Potion of Firebreath quick-slotted.

2,000 XP.

cf. Ardenor Crush (Chill leader).

As can be seen in the above screencaps, the original Baldur's Gate incorrectly refers to the character as Taugosz; in Realmslore, the character's name is actually Taurgosz.
