Drow Full Plate Baldur's Gate 2

Drow Full Plate is a BG2 item in BioWare's cRPG of 2000, Baldur's Gate 2. As it pertains to Armor Class BG2, Drow Full Plate is best armor BG2. However, it can only be legally worn in the Underdark.

How to Keep Drow Full Plate Location

How to keep Drow items on the surface, aka "I don't give a damn about rules and Realmslore"? Well, the script that destroys Drow items fires on the Underdark exit map (the surface), but the script can be bypassed by giving the armor to a companion and dismising them from the party beforehand. We can then go to the Copper Coronet, recruit the companion again and then use the armor for the rest of the game (as long as we don't return to the Underdark exit map). 

We could also simply console the armor in after leaving the area, using the item code below. (Afterall, if you're going to cheat, you may as well cheat the easiest way possible).

Drow Full Plate Description

The perfectly fitted interlocking plates are specially angled to deflect arrows and blows, and the entire suit is carefully adorned with rich engraving and embossed detail. This drow armor will dissolve to dust if removed from the Underdark.
