Heavy Crossbow of Accuracy BG1
The Heavy Crossbow of Accuracy is a BG1 best weapon in BioWare's cRPG of 1998, Baldur's Gate 1. Notable for its 5-point THAC0 bonus, the Heavy Crossbow of Accuracy is the best crossbow in Baldur's Gate 1 and the most accurate weapon in Baldur's Gate 1.
Heavy Crossbow of Accuracy Location
In Baldur's Gate 1 Walkthrough, the Heavy Crossbow of Accuracy is found on the corpse of Dabron Shashenstar in the Carnival section of Baldur's Gate city (AR 0700), just north of the Iron Throne tower. However, we must have slain Aldeth Sashenstar in Cloakwood Forest map 1 beforehand, or Dabron will not spawn.
Heavy Crossbow of Accuracy Description
A favored siege weapon of King Shastir Longeve, crossbows of this type were designed for the systematic removal of defensive forces thought safe behind the battlements of castles. Scant few of these weapons survive to this day, mainly due to the eventual annihilation of the king's forces by a coalition of subjugated lands.
