Heavy Plasma X-COM UFO Defense
Heavy Plasma is an X-COM alien artefact in X-COM UFO Defense. Heavy Plasmas are the most powerful weapons in X-COM.
This is a devastatingly powerful weapon based on accelerating particles from within a minute anti-gravity field.
Heavy Plasma Clip
This compact device is used as ammunition for a Heavy Plasma Gun. It contains a small quantity of Elerium.
Heavy Plasma Location
Heavy Plasma is found during X-COM crash site, landing site, terror site and alien base missions. Usually, the second Terror mission yields a couple, but not always (RNG).
Heavy Plasma Research
Heavy Plasma can be researched upon its acquisition; that is, after recovering Heavy Plasma from an alien crash, landing, base or terror site. The same goes for its Heavy Plasma Clip. Note that both weapon and clip must be researched before Heavy Plasma can be wielded by an X-COM soldier.
