In Arcanum, Molochean Hand Amulets can be looted from the corpses of MH agents on the Arcanum map and elsewhere such as at the crash site (2 places: ogre pilot, assassin), in Joachim's room at the Shrouded Hills Inn, on the corpse of "William Radcliffe," and on the corpses of MH agents in the Black Mountain Mine.
This amulet has a strange symbol on its face, that of an eye in a hexagram.
The amulets can be used to enter the dark elven city of T'sen-Ang without a fight.
