Fatigue Restore Potion Arcanum
In Arcanum, fatigue restore potions are vital to neutral and magic aptitude characters, but are of no use to dedicated technologists (they won't even work on them). It is mages that make the best use of fatigue restore potions, since the potions allow mages to keep casting spells.

Most potions are best farmed at gypsies aka Wise Woman stores, such as the ones in Shrouded Hills and Tarant. What do I mean by "farmed"? Well, the inventory of stores (what they sell) changes daily. What they sell is random though drawn from preset pools. Move away from the vendor and rest for a day in order to have them reset and restock their inventory of fatigue restore potions. Rinse repeat.
Fatigue restore potions are basically everywhere: starting barter, general store rural, general store city, magic general, magic light, wheel clan store, apothecary, multi general store, multi gypsy, multi magic.
Fatigue Slower potions are rarer but also very useful.
