The necessary muscle movements for complete silence when walking or running are determined continuously with reactive kinematics equations produced by embedded nanocomputers.

• TECH TWO: Sound made by moving is reduced moderately (0.50).
• TECH THREE: Sound made by moving is reduced significantly (0.25).
• TECH FOUR: An agent is completely silent.
• Energy Rate: 40 Units/Minute.

Run Silent Augmentation Canister is found in the basement of the NSF Warehouse Basement, Hell's Kitchen. Another is found in the Medical Center of UNATCO H.Q., post airfield. And yet another is found on level 2 of the Versalife Lab, Hong Kong.
