Unarmed Weapons is a weapon-type in Black Isle's cRPG Definition of 1998, Fallout 2. The best Unarmed Weapons in Fallout 2 is the Mega Power Fist.

Unarmed effectiveness scales with level and rank of skill when using normal fists and kicks. So at 9th level and 100% Unarmed, you gain the Haymaker which inflicts +7 dmg and +15% crit for 3 AP.

But once you get the Mega Power Fist, you won't be using special unarmed attacks unless you run out of SEC ammo.
