The Ruby Jewel of Fervor is one of the best jewels in Diablo 2. By virtue of its +15 IAS and +40% enhanced damage, this is a king-tier workhorse jewel for martial builds, and is much easier to get a good roll on than the Ruby Jewel of Carnage is.
