In Arcanum, the Ring of Influence is being worn by J.M Morat, a 32nd level gnome patron found in Grant's Tavern in Tarant. The ring is notable for conferring Charisma +3 on the wearer. It can be pickpocketed, Fate-Pickpocketed or taken from Morat's corpse as soon as we arrive in Tarant.
