Monster Summoning 6 IWD1
Monster Summoning 6 is an IWD arcane spell in Black Isle's cRPG of 2000, Icewind Dale 1. A spell of the 8th level, Monster Summoning 6 summons 1-3 carrion crawlers, phase spiders, frost salamanders or fire salamanders. The CC don't sport on-hit paralysis but the Frost S have cold auras and the fire S have on-hit fire. We never reach 8th circle spellcasting under the 1.06 cap, so this spell can only be cast twice from the two scrolls on sale.

- With the casting of this spell the wizard summons 1-3 6th level monsters. These appear within spell range and may be commanded to attack the caster's opponents until the spell duration expires or the monsters are slain.
The IWD version of Monster Summoning 6 has also been added to Baldur's Gate 2 through SCS BG2 and IWDification.
