PESTILENT SMALL CHARM OF ANTHRAX, 451 psn, Diablo 2 Resurrected

Pestilent Small Charm of Anthrax are damage-over-time charms that inflict on-hit poison on the victim. However, I've never found them to be all that impacting due to the overall power of other items and builds by the time we reach 80th level. If we have subpar equipment but have our inventory packed full of these, I guess they are going to be of some help, but otherwise, I'd rather not clutter my inventory with damage-over-time.
