Along with Gore Riders, War Traveler battle boots are the best boots in Diablo 2 for martial builds. This is due to their 15-25 flat damage and +10 to Strength and Vitality along with 25% faster run walk and 50% magic find. These particular Wartravs not only rolled perfectly on base defense, but also on the three variable mods, making them the best of their kind. Indeed, they are perfect.
