Social Engineering SMAC
Social Engineering is the engineering of SMAC Faction societies in Firaxis' TBS Game of 1999, Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri (SMAC). SMAC societies can be engineered via Politics, Economics, Values and Future Society.
The best Social Engineering in SMAC depends on SMAC Faction. For example, for Human Hive Police State Politics and Planned Economics are best, whereas Fundamentalist Politics is best for The Lord's Believers. However, these are not hard and fast rules.
Also, the game literally shows you in REALTIME how your SE selections are modifying faction stats. Red bad, Green good.
