Gateway to the Savage Frontier was programmed by Cathryn Mataga and designed by Don Daglow.
Gateway to the Savage Frontier displays in 4-color CGA 320x200, 16-color EGA 320x200, 16-color Tandy 1000 320x200, or 16-color VGA 320x200. Gateway to the Savage Frontier supports joystick, mouse and keyboard controls.
Gateway to the Savage Frontier requires 560K of free conventional RAM.
Gateway to the Savage Frontier audio supports PC Sounds, Tandy 1000 EX/TX, Tandy 1000 SL/TL, AdLib and Sound Blaster.
Gateway to the Savage Frontier was distributed on 2x 3.5" 720kB DD diskettes and extracts and installs to hard disk drive via PKSFX Fast Self-Extract Utility 1.1 by PKWARE Inc. The install size is 1.7 megs and consists of 94 files.
