Perfect Arreat's Face is helm in Blizzard North's cRPG of 2000, Diablo 2. As a rule of thumb, barbarian helms don't get any better than the Arreat's Face slayer guard unique:


Except when upped to guardian crown, and socketed through Larzuk:


We don't want ethereal because then we have to Zod the ethereal or give it to an Act V merc. Arreat's Faces are usually Ber'd though some godly jewels qualify, too.
